Return Policy

Here at NadaBob, we understand and appreciate that people change their minds from time to time. Had a change of heart about never headbobbing on a plane again and enjoying peaceful travel naps for the rest of your life? Want to undo your conscious decision to transition from “travel fool to travel cool”? That would be puzzling, but we’re all adults here and we respect your judgment! We offer a 30 day return policy with the following caveats:

  • Returns must be received within 30 days of the original ship date.
  • We will refund the total cost of eligible returns less a $15 restocking fee.
  • All eligible exchanges will be charged a $10 restocking fee.
  • There is no cost for eligible returns that are redeemed for store credit.
  • Discounted bundles and bundled items are eligible for return, but only as a complete unit (all items purchased are returned together in unused, unopened, unworn, resellable condition). Individual items from a discounted bundle are not eligible for return or refund.
  • All returns will be inspected upon arrival, and prior to refunds being issued. All items must be in re-sellable condition: unworn, unused, unwashed.
  • Items eligible for return must be in their original shipping packaging, with all original tags attached, and include the original receipt/packing slip, and packing material to prevent damage on their return trip.
  • Returned hats and sleeping eye masks must show no sign of use (no dirt, no hair, no makeup, etc.) and have the original hanging tag attached and undamaged.
  • NadaBob clips and suction cups cannot be returned if their original packaging (sealed plastic sleeves) is opened.
  • Our organic travel balm sticks are not eligible for return.
  • We do not accept any Canadian/International returns. All international sales are FINAL.

Once you have initiated a return, you will be prompted with next steps.

It can take us up to 10 days to receive and process your return. You will receive a confirmation email once this is completed.
